How We Work Together
1. Submit Request
Simply Request a Trip. This helps us gather the trip basics prior to starting our research. We will start researching on your trip options right away.
The deposit is non-refundable, and can only be applied to booked trips within 30-days of planning. This covers our agency's time and initial investment should things not work out.
We will contact you to confirm or clarify any important information.
2. Your Trip Proposals
We will create one to three trip options based on your request. You will receive trip options via email. We'll decide which itinerary could work and make customizations to fit the vacation to you and your guests.
3. Booking Your Trip
To secure your reservation, you will need to place a deposit to secure your rate, room and/or airline ticket.
4. Preparing to Travel
We will remind you of important dates and travel reminders. We also prepare your travel documents and Provide any resources needed for your trip. Payments can be made up until final payment date.
5. Time To Travel!
Should you need any assistance during travel, please contact us. We will do our best to help as needed. Emergency services, guest services or travel insurance providers, as listed on your travel documents, can also be very helpful in the event of priority circumstances.
